• By including a recipient name and address on this page - we will send the gift certificate on your behalf with your name (as included on the purchasing receipt) directly to your recipient with no additional charge.  If no recipient name or address is included, we will mail a blank certificate to the mailing address you provide at checkout.
• Want to include a message?  Write one in the box provided and we will make sure it makes it to the right place (assuming you provide us with the right place!).  Your note and certificate will surely arrive in style with the included greeting card.
• Prefer to e-mail the certificate?  Write “e-mail” in the recipient/address box and we will not mail the certificate to you - just sending the code to the e-mail address provided at checkout.

Redeeming a Gift Certificate

It is easy to use a gift certificate both in our Warren, RI shop and online.

Using Gift Certificates Online

To use a gift certificate online, you must have a valid "coupon" code.  A valid gift certificate coupon code will look something like this: $$GIFTXXXXX - $'s indicate the issued amount, and X's indicate an identifying code unique to your certificate.  All gift certificates purchased online include this code.

To redeem, input the code at checkout.  To do this, click on "Add a Coupon" located just below "Subtotal" on the shopping cart.  Note: At this time, gift certificates online can only be redeemed once per code.  Any remaining value can only be redeemed at our Warren, RI shop.

Using Gift Certificates in the Shop

All gift certificates have a "gift certificate number" which is different than the "coupon" code described above.  Just present your certificate in the shop and you are good to go!

Note:Bradford Mercantile cannot accept gift certificates that do not have a valid number/coupon code or which no longer have value.  Upon request, certificates purchased in the shop can include an online code.
